(It may take a few days for us to reply. If you have not received a reply from us within a week, please contact us again. Also, we may not be able to accept your reservation if we are fully booked.)
On busy days such as Saturdays, our online reservation system (1. Online reservation) may fill up within 5 minutes of opening.
If we are fully booked, we will have to decline reservations made via this mail form. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservations are accepted from one month prior to the date of stay.
Please enter your home address or the address of your accommodation in Japan.
If you cancel after 3:00pm the day before, a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation without notice, we will charge a fee of 5,000 yen.
If you no longer require a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
Please make your payment upon check-in at the property on the day of your stay using either cash (Japanese yen only) or a credit card (accepted brands only).
